Love how big this branch is compared to the teeny Edinburgh one! Staff are so cheerful and helpful and always get samples! Heaven!

NO WHERE BEATS LUSH O.M.G this shop has been on my fav list for years, not exactly sure when it opened but ive been buying carmen miranda, and milko (no longer does this soap :-( ) sadly, as it was sooo nice, i luv buffy the backside slayer, and all the bath ballistics i think i have had every special Xmas santa, snowman or new one for chillaxin in a bath after doing all the finishing touches to the prezzies, butterball is brilliant for the female who gets a bit of dehydrated skin at the time of her cycle, and the shower baubles you can freeze the citrus to really wake you up in the morning. I was poorly and couldnt get to the store for a while and was in and bought all my favs and was so thrilled to see new soaps like fruity Xmas pudding, figs and leaves which is a classic, and rockstar which is pink smells like marshmallow and starawberry smoothie you really could eat it well not lirrerally....bathos and so softie pink bath bubble bar, smells exactly like the rockstar soap, m.m.m and was really grateful when i got a freebie, "too drunk," it smells nice and i havent got to use it yet but will when ive used my favs first, Has anyone tried the fake tan bars shaped a bit like a love heart ? they are meant to look like tights/stockings on your legs in a light choc colour and dark, do they work, and are they messy? If you have used them anyone, can you tell me if they stay put? Going back to get titsie tostsie it was the only one i have seen with petals in, a lot of the older best sellers have gone...why??? Other than Gatinau, Lush has the best smellies for pampering, but The French know how to use their scents and creams their milk shea butter soap is adorable.

I absolutely love Lush products and the fact that I can trust them not to contain any hidden nasties or vegetarian-unfriendly ingredients. I've deducted marks from this particular shop after going there today and remembering why I don't shop at Lush nearly as often as I'd like to. The attention from the staff is overpowering. They are indeed friendly and well-informed, but five seconds into my shop today, I'd already been shown four different products despite trying to make it clear that I just wanted to browse, and I had to climb the stairs to the upper floor to shake off the ground floor assistant. As soon as I was upstairs, I had another assistant trying to show me things. Please, Lush, train staff to pick up on those customers who just want to be left alone to browse - I for one would spend far more time and money in your shops if this was the case.

Lush is amazing! I usually order online but every so often I visit this store too. It is opposite borders on the high street and you can smell it from what seems like miles away! It smells great and despite the fact that it can get packed staff are very helpful and willing to offer advice and recommend products. Quite often they give away free products if you spend over a certain amount. Its nice to visit the shop to be able to smell all the lovely things before you buy them. You can also get a demonstration of bath bombs and try out most of the products.

Located on one of the main shopping streets, the delicious scents drift out from this Lush store enticing you in! The window displays are bright and eye catching and the products are well displayed. The store is set out on 2 levels. Downstairs is quite small and may be hard to navigate if it gets busy. Upstairs is more spread out, a bit more space to browse. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They recommended some good products to me and were very enthusiastic. Everyone seemed really cheerful and happy to be there, which is rare to see in sales assistants!
One of the best Lush stores I have been to, I call in whenever I go to Glasgow!

A must on any trip to Glasgow - I LOVE the buchannan street store and always end up leaving behind and awful lot of money - oops!
You can smell it before you see the familiar overhanging sign/shelter thing! Over two levels, though the shop is fairly small it has a massive range of products. The staff are always friendly and helpful and happily discuss products and their properties with you.
Allthough Lush products are on the more expensive side they are well worth spending that little bit more - all products are made from natural ingredients (there’s a great range of vegetarian and vegan prods) and they have an emphasis on pampering and caring for the environment at the same time using recycled/recycleable packaging etc
Highly recommend their Smitten hand cream, and my current favourite soap is I should coco.

This is a small shop of Lush but I do like to visit non the less. It is a bit overpowering though with the smells and can give some people headaches. The staff though I found were friendly, approachable and knowledgable. They stock a wide range of natural products not only the bath bombs which I think is what most people think of when they think of Lush but also various creams. I got a nice hand cream that was sensitive to the skin but made it feel lovel and smooth. The prices are quite high but the product will last so worth the money.

I think this is the best lush in glasgow!!!
Although it is propably one of the smallest the range of products it stores is amazing .
They have a massive selection of bath bombs and the staff are so friendly and seem to have a good knowledge base about the products they are selling.
It also smells amazing when you go in or simply walk past.
They also are a store really into saving the planet and recyling which i find very refreshing from a large company.
They seem to source a lot of there ingredients from countries that promote fair trade .

Lush is great if you want home made type bath products that have no bad ingredients just natural stuff. If you are allergic to perfumes though, dont go within 100 yards of this place - the scents from all the products is really strong - all natural mind you but really strong. I like the buffy bar to scrub away my cellulite, and that is actually the only product I buy there. I hold my breath and go in to buy a couple at a time. Their bath bombs are the main draw for people, and they have a great range.

I love lush but sometimes the overpowering smell is a bit too much to handle!! The staff are so helpful at this branch and they really know what they’re talking about if you have specific allergies of preferences.
There are two floors in this one, ground floor is the big fancy slabs of soap which look like you could EAT them instead of washing with them!! The upper floor is all the other stuff you would want like bath and shower stuff and the beauty bits.
I love coming in here but the smell can be too much in the summer with the heat.

I used to avoid Lush because of the overpowering smell – even walking by the door I would catch myself holding my breath so that I wouldn’t breathe it in. Friends would rave about their products but I held fast and up until recently was probably one of the few who had never tried their products. This changed when my scalp started reacting badly to hair dyes. Traumatised at the thought of grey hair I looked for alternatives and came across Lush henna. I visited the shop and once inside it wasn’t as bad as I had thought it would be. Meanwhile the staff explained all about their henna products (and a few others as well), helped me decide on the correct colour, gave me a free sample of ‘ultra bland’ to put round my hair line to prevent the henna staining and free gloves to apply the henna with. The product worked and although footery is much cheaper than normal chemical hair dye.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and I will definitely be braving the smells and going back for more.

Perfectly amazing. A present from Lush will cheer anyone up.
The staff are always friendly but it can be slightly annoying when they always come up to you and ask you if you need help. I suppose you can’t fault on their customer services.
The Buchanan Street store has a lot more atmosphere than the one on Sauchihall Street.

I am a fan of natural products but I’m afraid I can’t enter this store without having a sneezing fit - the smells are so strong.
I like the idea of Lush but I can’t shop there which is why I have given it a low mark.
Get someone else to buy the products for you.

You can smell this place from miles up the street. If you’re in need of a pampering then Lush is the place to go. Just thinking about it makes me want to jump in the bash with one of their bath bombs and a glass of wine (wine optional).

Lovely shop, you can smell it before you get to it! Full of natural beauty products, most of which contain fresh products which mean they are amazing for you hair and skin! The staff are always happy to give you demonstrations as to how to use the products and they often give you free samples when you make a purchase.
If you are ever stuck for a present to give someone I would recommend the prewrapped gift boxes, which range in price from about £10 to £50+, which normally include a selection of their famous bath bombs (get someone else to clean the bath after you use them) and various lotions and potions.
