Compliment

For tech junkies like me, CeBIT is the place to go. I've been there consecutively in the past two years and am hoping to go again for CeBIT 2008. There's nothing CeBIT hasn't got - halls and halls of all the latest and upcoming consumer electronics as well as presentations and a lot of free food (if you manage to be a "guest" at some of the bigger business-oriented stalls).
My favorites are always the Nvidia and Wacom stalls. Nvidia host a digital soccer match every year and Wacom let you play with all the newest graphics tablets. CeBIT 2007 had a special presentation section for digital imaging and hosted speakers from Adobe.
If you're interested in Cellphones, CeBIT showcases all the newest upcoming models from all the large companies such as Sony Ericsson, RIM, Nokia and Motorola. If you're interested in networking, all the major companies host stalls where you can find the latest in the world of server racks (snore).
What I don't like about CeBIT is the sheer size of the fairgrounds. Many halls seem to be half-empty and walking between halls provides for an extremely harsh case of shopper's foot. It'd probably be more useful if they'd use the empty space in most of the halls in order to trim down the size of the exhibition.
