Review of Duke Of York from 27 October 2008

I like this place. It doesn’t pretend to be something it isn’t. The staff were friendly, the beer cold, served in a clean glass and the “locals” seemed pleasant enough. Hanwell Broadway isn’t my idea of a great venue for a night out, but if I was going to tackle the Uxbridge Road Pub Crawl to Ealing, this would be as good a place as any to start off.
