Great range of products, friendly employees and tasty donuts. On my trip to London I also enjoyed the meal deal, I didn't know these kind of Sandwiches from Germany.
This Tesco Metro seems to have very good stock levels and the offers always seem a plenty which is fantastic. I’m not convinced that having a ramp escalator is the best use of space but I know that this was due to the old layout of the Safeway that used to be in its place. Like many shops on the High Street there is a good selection of lunchtime foods for office workers as well as good value microwave meals.
Unfortunately the customer service has not been brilliant at this store in my experience. This was especially true when it first opened but this might have been due to a lack of training.

This is a Tesco Metro, but it was more like a proper supermaket. The shop offered a really great range of products and had two levels in the shop.
The most impressive thing for me in this shop was they looked like had a big stock.Once there was a good offer,I went to two other shops, one is even bigger, but both were out of stock,Then I went to this one,the shop still had so many left.I was quite pleased. This is a really good supermarket choices if you were close by.

This is quite a large version of a Tesco Metro supermarket, located in the former Safeway store, slap bang in the middle of Kensington High Street.
Although I’m all for more competition (the area already has one very large Tesco a mile away), I must admit that the layout and general ambience is an improvement on its predecessor, and it does mean that there’s now somewhere to do a quick, good-value shop in the centre of Kensington. The store stocks the specialist Polish range of goods, and has step-free access, but otherwise stocks a fairly standard Tesco range. It seems popular - it is always pretty busy.
I’m not sure what some of the well heeled denizens of Kensington make of it, mind. Still, there’s always Waitrose less than 5 minutes’ walk westwards and the organically-focused Whole Food Market 5 minutes in the other direction if you want to go more upmarket.
