Love it. Cant get better chicken wings or burgers anywhere. It’s our first choice in Nottingham.

Firstly the member of staff who spoke to us on arrival was not living the ‘American diner’ brand. Whilst waiting for a table we purchased drinks from the bar, which annoyingly you did not allow us to put on our table tab. When we were eventually shown to our seats the member of staff was “multi tasking” and left us standing in the middle of the restaurant for a minute. When we sat down at our table he mumbled something about who our waiter was, which meant nothing to me as I do not know all of the staff here? After waiting for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff we tried to get their attention as they passed. The overweight bleached blonde hair waiter made eye contact and subsequently looked away, dodging our calls three times! Staff seemed to be sitting around at other tables, some of which had arrived after us?Eventually we left and even though a number of staff saw us nobody tried to stop us or apologise. I can only conclude that this must happen a lot, hence you do not allow people to put their drinks on tab at the beginning. Poor.

Good place to eat
to just put it simple everything on this menu is meat , only like 5 mains are veggy
the place is just great , the staff are ok but some of them dont pay attention to you as in you want the bill or a drink and some will just walk stright by you
for 2 people to dine here it comes around about to £35+

Really enjoyed our food here. The staff are friendly and efficient and it had a warm and inviting atmoshpere. Cocktails are also good!

Great atmosphere! Great food! Great staff! Lovely clean restaurant where you can be almost guaranteed to have a good night :) Love how they bring out birthday cakes and help you celebrate! just adds to the great atmosphere!

TGI friday’s do great food and the jack daniels full rack of ribs are a must have and they also have fantastic puddings. I love TGI friday’s but it can be abit overpriced. Great staff and resturant.

I really like TGI fridays, although it can be a bit expensive. The atmosphere is lively and I really like the 'American Diner’ theme, with over the top staff. Some of the pasta dishes are fantastic - Spicy Diablo pasta is my favourite! If you dont fancy a whole meal you can always just sit at the bar and enjoy a few cocktails!

my friend had a birthday here and the staff were brilliant they looked after her birthday cake out the back light the candles and brought it out to her they even got everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday to her which was really nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was certainly service with a smile and the food was really good the prices were really good too so i would recommend that restaurant especially for a special occasion it’s certainly worth it.

Staff are polite and friendly. Good atmosphere. Food is delivered quickly and plates are cleared as soon as you have finished. Extensive menu. Clean toilets.
