I never thought I would buy a sofa from DFS because the TV adverts are so annoying, but on my quest to find the perfect sofa I popped into this branch and was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting to be mobbed by sales people hungry for commission trying to push me into a deal,but this was not the case.

I was approached by a member of the sales team and asked if I needed help. When I said I was just browsing, he left me to it and said to just shout if I needed any assistance. This was great and made me feel at ease. I did end up buying two sofas from this store and the salesman was really helpful and friendly and not pushy in the slightest.

I really liked the layout of the store, the range of sofas and chairs was great and I was really impressed by the service. There is plenty of free parking in the large car park too.
