Offensive content?
This place gets ridiculously busy for what it is, but cheap meals and pretty swift service will do that. Always rammed at lunchtime, and very noisy and packed on weekend evenings (though I've never been there in the evening) - definitely draws a big fan base.
Decent menu and cost/efficiency make it a good spot for lunch if you work in the area.

They currently have credit crunching meals at £3 each and this is a decent menu with a good selection for the price. The staff are friendly. I have only ever gone here during the day so can not comment on the nightlife, but the pub is clean and welcoming. You will find it opposite the John Lewis car park
