After using this restaurant for many years. We went to order a takeaway meal and the man who answered the phone claimed to be the new manager.He was the rudest man I have ever spoken to he will never get any more business off myself and family friends .

I have had the worst curry ever the past 2 times from here. The latest one was so full of salt that it went into the bin after 1 mouthful. It used to be the best around but now I am looking further afield.

mohini balti house is the best curry restaurant ive been to in my life. the staff are friendly, it is brilliant value for money, and the food is gorgeous. if your in croydon/sutton i strongly reccomend it.

Mohini has been refurbished, it lovely well run. weekends need to book early gets busy.... management friendly good value for money potions good aswell.

Couldn't disagree more with the last reviewer. Best value, quality and tasting curry in the whole area. The new decor had brought the whole place right up to date.

Mohini Balti House is not a truly awful restaurant. The correct description would be incredibly mediocre. It has all the hallmarks of a local Balti House - friendly staff, cosy decor. What is really lacking is quality food. The chicken dish I had there was dry and unimaginative. The poppadoms weren’t crisp enough, the lemonade flat. I could go on but the fundamentals were not good and if you can’t get something like a Chicken Tikka right then there’s an obvious problem. Mohini struck me as a local restaurant that seems to have a loyal clientele. I think they will find it difficult to attract new customers. I have been to worse restaurants and ones that were less welcoming and more expensive, but Mohini is a good example of why you should do some research before you invest your money and time on a night out to a restaurant. No one likes to be disappointed in the little spare time they have.
