I ordered a pair of Diesel Jeans which started to fall apart at the seams near the waist. I took them to the Diesel store in Glasgow who confirmed that the jeans I bought from Brandalley were fake. When I called up their customer service and spoke to some guy called Keith I was dismissed and told that they only buy real products, which is a complete lie because I have the evidence from Diesel sales person. I was yelled at by Keith and found his manner completely distasteful. There was no manager to escalate the call to. They're clearly hiding something.
I would highly recommend not buying anything from these scam artists. I feel taken for a ride and robbed. I'm sending my jeans back and am telling everyone I know to stay well clear of these bootleggers. And don't expect good service - it's appalling.

However, today I decided to treat myself by ordering around £200 worth of items. I have since received an email from BrandAlley requesting a copy of my passport and three months proof of address, to ensure 'a safe payment'. I have queried this as I have shopped with them before and am having the items delivered to the same address the card is registered at, but have received a stock impersonal response saying it's to guard against fraud. They don't seem to care about the extra inconvenience to their customers, and I would not be comfortable sending personal documents to an organisation that is not a bank or other professional institution. Not to mention that much of my shopping was fairly 'impulse' anyway, challenging me on it and giving me hoops to jump through is unlikely to make me still want to purchase!
I do a lot of internet shopping, some high value, and have never been asked this by any other company. I have cancelled my order, submitted a complaint, and will never shop with BrandAlley again.
I suggest you save yourself the hassle and spend your money somewhere else.

I came across BrandAlley whilst searching for some Umbro New York Cosmos items. I was excited when I saw how cheap the products were so I immediately ordered 5 items. To my suprise I then realised that the items would take 4 weeks or so to be delivered. I then looked around and found a lot’s of bad reviews for the website. I thought I had made a huge mistake at first.
After 3 weeks my Cosmos Umbro clothes game with no errors or anything whatsoever. It my my fault that I did not read how long the order would take but if you read how the site works then it all makes sense. I would recommend this website to everyone. Don’t order from BrandAlley if you are in a rush for the items you have ordered. I am really suprised with how great the service was. I will look out for other sales in the future. Don’t be warned off by all the warnings

fakeReviewspotter, 14 August 2012:
FIRST ORDER :
I ordered 8 pairs of standard Sloggi pants in November, sent instant payment with paypal.(These were the same price as ones sold on ebay.)
I have received them today, 6th January 2012, after waiting 44 days.I think over 7 weeks delivery time is beyond belief !PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a set of Parks London candles from BrandAlley last year in November. I was supposed to receive it within a few days. Months passed. I get an email in January saying the order is dispatched. I did not receive it at all and trying to contact their customer care has yielded no results. I just did not receive the items and have nothing to show for it. The website just shows the status ‘dispatched’. I would never buy from them again however good the price! What use is it if you are not going to receive the goods ever ? I would suggest to steer clear of BrandAlley, definitely not worth the discount.

Extremely disappointing. Brand Alley sent the wellies I ordered in the wrong colour and in the wrong size. I then had to go to the trouble of returning the wellies to them but was unable to get a replacement in the right colour/size because the sale had ended. To make matters worse, the wellies failed to arrive back to them in the post so I have lost my £68 and have nothing to show for it. Annoying in the extreme. I will not be ordering from them again.

"2 Orders not received"
First Order - waited four weeks to find out the supplier had "no stock" left. Still waiting for refund.
Second Order - Tried to deliver but delivery company could not find us or made any attempt to find us. Sent updated FULL address details but BrandAlley did not forward in time so items sent back. Then when we gave a new address to send to they said they can not resend the items so have cancelled the order! Still waiting for refund.
Even if prices look good, don't bother as it will only be a hassle and you will more than likely not receive your goods.

I'm a little bit addicted to Brandalley! My work has brought me in contact with most of the online discount 'flash sale' type stores, but for me, Brandalley is by far the most user-friendly, and has great stock, too. While some of these sites are prohibitively complicated to get into (with a login demanded every time) Brandalley lets you go in straight from your email every time, and this makes a big difference to lazy old me. Its interface is really strong and details of every upcoming sale are sent out to you on email digests.
Brandalley are great for fashion, but many of the best bargains i've had were in the home section, which should not be over-looked! When I moved house I bought all the kitchen equipment I needed on Brandalley, and picked up a full pan set (great quality) as well as some great cutlery for a ridiculously low price. I was really glad I didn't buy boring stuff from a 'cheap' high street store instead, as I'd have paid more for lower quality goods.
Due to the way these sites keep their prices low, shoppers have to be aware that most items will take a few weeks to arrive, but I have found the customer service to be excellent, and communication good throughout - they even let me change addresses 3 times on an item which eventually arrived in the right place! Yay for Brandalley :)

Part of the growing trend for 'invitation only’ sales, you’ll have to sign-up to their website before you’re allowed a real peek, or closer inspection, of their offering. If you’re a fan of cut-price designer-wear, or interiors, it’s worth a look - although your inbox will get a very regular influx of mail from the site. They have new sales almost every day featuring end-of-lines from well-known names.
Their Kenzo houseware is stunning; clothing includes anything from upmarket lingerie to designer jeans. Due to the nature of the sales you won’t always find availability, in the size you’re after. I recently placed an order for some Nike running stuff - three items all in XS: one of the tops was so tiny it appeared made for a doll, another vest top would have been better suited to a medium-size. So, perhaps there’s sometimes a reason - other than end-of-line selling - for certain items being reduced to such a degree! Postage (from Belgium) cost £4.50. I was kept informed by email when it had been despatched and was given a tracking number to follow its progress.
If you want to order from several different featured company sales, you’ll have to pay separate postage for each one. I recognise some items here from previous sale purchases (in high street stores) that I’ve made earlier in the year; on most occasions I’ve found that Brandalley’s prices are a touch higher. If you’re a fashionista who is happy just looking and not always buying, it might be worth signing-up.
NB It’s an online only store - the address is their registered office and not as it appears on the map!
