Good place to go late night... More og a hoise music oub than out and out pub ir club. Quite giid in my humble opinion!

Not a great venue if the weather is nice but beaten up leather sofas and large armchairs are a good draw. Good choice of draft beers as well as wines. Can get a bit busy on Fridays but not the rest of the time. They used to play black and white movies projected on the wall which was another nice feature, but they are right about the toilets, they're rather grim.

from monday to friday lunch french & creole cuisine
and on Sunday a classic British Sunday roast.

A very delicious food is served here, and the Sunday roast its great, with big name Dj playing from 5pm till midnight

This is a fun place.
Don't go expecting nice toilets though ... my friend said she had to hold it in all night.

Just slightly tucked away on the bottom end of Curtain Road, this is without doubt one of the best 'plubs' in town. The Horse & Groom offers the warm welcoming surroundings of a pub combined with the party vibe of a bar/club.

And the club side they do very well. Each month is packed with high profile DJ guests and a great vibe. Never more than a fiver to get in either.

Attitudes generally left at the door and the staff are always (well nearly always) smiling. Landlord is a local hero, and is currently opening two more venues.

I really enjoyed the time in this place, very good songs and a welcoming atmosphere. The pub is lovely, with surprising accessories. The mix between English pub and Club is clever and the organisation of the place with the two floors and some sofas all around the pub is perfect.
