New Look

I like shopping in new look for the prices but the Wolverhampton store is so disorganised, messy and the staff on the shop floor are so rude. The staff at the pay points are very friendly though, can’t fault them one bit. Just not my idea and customer service in there. Being polite doesn’t cost anything and breaking a smile wouldn’t kill you !

I really like New Look for the fashionable but reasonably priced clothes and accessories it offers. This New Look in Wolverhampton is particularly good as it is huge, and has a great range of stock. Queues are never that long either. The best part is the fantastic shoe range which they offer, often in clothes shops I find the shoes on offer limited, but in New Look the range is really extensive. Not that busy in the week, but can get quite packed at weekends. Also does men’s clothing and a nice lingerie range. I find New Look really reasonably priced in comparison to rival stores like River Island and Oasis.

very large new look - actually got a bit lost once. good range of clothes including inspire and the mens section. They also have lots of shoes (which I like!) Good value fashion. Always some sale rails at the back of the store/

Nice large bright store with many offers every week. I would say the clothing range more for 11 to 35’ish with styles imitating the fashion we see on the TV. A nice accessory section and a section many people seem to enjoy spending time in. Staffs seem happy and friendly even when the shop is quite full. Clothing itself seems of good quality with a fairly decent price tag. Never have to wait long at the till and have never had problems with returns. Easy to access and spacious enough if you are disabled – although I would suggest week days if you want a quite shop as week ends it does get very busy.

Very nice place but alway packed.Only problem is that there are only a few tills but always have upto date in fashion clothes cheap and accesories. Always seem to have shoe sale. At christmas have a wide range of gifts and students get discount with nus card which is always a good thing as every penny counts.Also have a little but good mens range. New look has a range of pusscat dresses and they are a little bit more that new look clothing but are unique.
I recommend this shop always find good bargains and they have an escolator if you are coming in from the outside of town by house of fraiser.

Very good store in Wolverhampton. Nice layout, very friendly staff and 6 or so till which is a plus point. Can get very busy on a weekend. Their sales are always good - as its a big store theres always a lot on sale and they seem to have all sizes in. Best part of the store in my opinion is the shoe and accessory area, lots and lots to choose from. Nice overall shop

High Street fashion chain for men/women/kids in a range of sizes. One of the few places in Wolves that sells kids clothes in 11 - 15 age range. Personally I love their printed t-shirts and get all mine from here. Reasonable prices. They have loads of tills at the checkout. Staff are always friendly.
