An arrogant young man with a beard attended to me here, I wanted a very minor repair done to a Kenneth Cole watch.  He was reluctant to consider it even though they are agents for Kenneth Cole watches. Appalling customer relation skills, high-handed and condescending.  They're doing the repair upon my insistence but I will never go there again if I can help it. Find another retailer that values custom and the building of client relationships. The man I dealt with will damage the business, a prize idiot

I was ripped off to the sum of £81.00 on a Gold Chain at this shop. I went out after buying it and found the same item £81.00 cheaper in another jewellers in Worksop. I also asked at two other Jewellers who all said it was over priced. AVOID !

Great looking shop, but very expensive. If you like the image this place is for you, if you like value try other places as i found the same items at half price in the same town.
Image is not important to me, when i get home with my goods i have the same goods as everyone else at cheaper prices but i have missed the glamour NOT

the best shop ever.tonnes of beautiful items in here. the best scented candles ive ever found.
some beautiful crystal that anyone would be happy to receive as a gift, statues that would look perfect on the fireplace or pride of place on a shelf.
lots of pretty lights ideal for xmas or just making a room look pretty. lots of cushions and soft furnishings for that designer look, and best of all there prices are rock bottom so even affordable for a single parent like me!
the staff are great and always helpful, they make sure all items are wrapped and packed perfectly and are more than happy to gift wrap something for you if you want it for a gift.
