Stayed here once to visit an event at the NEC, it was very expensive.
The room was good but for £150/ night I expect something a lot better.
Standard sized double room and adequate bathroom facilities.
Handy for the NEC, there is a walk of about 5 mins depending on where you needed to be.
Persoanlly I wouldn’t stay here again because there are cheaper hotels at the airport and the rail link means it is just as quick to travel that way.

We stayed here for one night when we were going to a show at the Birmingham NEC and were very impressed. Our room was spacious and we had a good view of the city, and the bed was large and comfortable with lots of cushions and bolsters. You were also given towelling robes. The room and bathroom were very clean and I am very particular about cleanliness, so this was important. We had a minibar but this was pricey and we bought our own drinks. Room service was good and the food tasty, even if the menu wasn’t very varied. This hotel is expensive but we were celebrating my birthday so we wanted somewhere a bit more luxurious. This didn’t disappoint.

We stayed here to go to the birmingham show, very good location to the NEC about 5-10 mins walk. I stayed there with my mum and we were supposed to get a smoking twin room, we ended up getting a double room which was non smoking.

After complaining at reception we got a smoking double executives room. Nice room in general, although i would have expected a nicer room for that higher price and i certainly wanted a twin room which i could not have. Food is expensive so bring food with u, there is no shops nearby so buy before hand.

I would stay at another hotel personally due to their huge mess up of our rooms(thats why it scores lower for me), but generally a nice hotel near to the NEC.
