the vue is a good place to go, to see a film, the chairs are comfy the sound isn't to loud at all. so you can actually hear what is being said. all i will say bad about the vue is that its a bit pricey a family of 4 it will cost you £21.40 with no food or drink. all together it cost me and 3 others £31.40 to see a film with 2 drinks. for a family on a budget this is not the cheapest place to see a film.

Good quality, went to c twillight and it was good quality service. Much better than hollywood cinema

We went last Saturday. £1 a ticket for the Kids Club with free parking. A great deal!

Sometimes the cleaning, especially of spilled drinks, is not as good as it should be. Beware of sticky floors, especially near the bean bags!

not all that impressed. the place seems a bit shabby and the staff looked bored. when you sat in the cinema the floor was sticky and gross

Located on the top floors of the Castle Mall, this cinema has plenty of carparking and is in a good central location.

The tickets are expensive (but which cinema isn’t these days?), but the seats are comfy, there is a wide range of snacks on offer - including a Ben and Jerry’s counter!

They are always showing the latest film releases, with plenty of times to choose from. And car parking is free if you get your pass validated.

Not the best cinema in Nowich but it is in a great location. The food is very expensive but that seems to be the same in all cinemas.
The seats are very spacious, and they have now started to introduce over 18 only screenings even if it is say a 15 rated film which should be good.
The staff seem like they dont want to be there and are not very friendly, but the screen its self is good quality and I have only have one problem with a film and that was when the fire alarms were set off, but other than that it is not a bad cinema.

Parking is within the Mall, but get your ticket varified by cinema staff for reduced/free parking - with the added bonus of not getting cold wakling to and from your car like riverside!
The ticket sales, food sales and cinemas are now all on one entrance, previously being split over two. The queues are generally fast, although I have yet to attend on a hugely busy night I must admit.
The auditoriums are clean and comfy, and the volume is just about right. The screens are large andyou can see from wherever you sit.

Of the big multiplexes in Norwich, the Vue chain is probably the best. For starters it’s a great location, right in the city centre with plenty of parking underneath it thanks to Castle Mall parking. And it plays all the latest films. Which is a pretty good thing for a cinema to do. One gripe about the place would be the way the make you buy tickets from the popcorn stand. I know it makes sense for them, 'here’s a ticket, isn’t it hard to resist the smell of that popcorn…’ but it also means annoying amounts of queuing when you only want a ticket and already have a bag of maltesers stashed in you jacket pocket. On the plus side, they do a kids club viewing on Sundays. 1 adult and a child = 78p. Which just about makes up for anything…

This cinema has several large screens and large, comfortable seats which make for a very pleasant experience out.

It shows all the latest films with good availability of seats, and its location in Castle Mall is very handy for travelling to.

The experience is slightly impersonal however as the service is conducted primarily through an electronic ticket machine, and not through a box office.

My favorite Cinema in Norwich, its centrally located being in the Castle Mall shopping centre making it easy to get to and from, and no worries about parking.

The entrance is from the 4th level of the mall, either by lift or elevator, bringing you up into a vast lobby with all the usual extras you expect from a cinema. Popcorn, sweets, drinks and the added bonus of a comfy seating area for meeting mates before the film or discussing it afterwards.

Each screen is different in size but even the smallest one makes for great viewing. The seats are 'bucket’ style and have plenty of leg room in front of them.

Vue is a good cinema, large screens, realitively comfy seats, at the top of the castle mall so you dont need to be far from the car. the service is good & the large number of screenings means you should always be able to see the film you want before it comes onto DVD,check out online for special offers that aren’t advertised in the cinema and bag yourself some cheap tickets!

This cinema has nice large screens and shows all the latest films, and ennough showings too so there’s little chance of not seeing something. Good that it’s right in the shopping centre too.
