Great store and great prices. my little sister works here! the summer sales are to die for. fabulous high street fashion at unbelievable prices. I get all my fashion fair makeup here, there's always staff at hand to help you with anything you need. they also do eyebrow threading at £5!!!!

A typical department store in the heart of Nottingham's square, Debenham's is the one-stop shop for most family needs. With electronics, housewares, perfumes, cosmetics, clothing and shoes, you can do it all here, as long as you don't mind the slightly premium price.

My favourite thing about this Debenham's is the Benefit makeup counter. Being a California girl, I prefer Benefit to other cosmetics, and this Benefit counter was just as good.

The manager of the Notts Benefit was a really sweet yet efficient pretty lady in her early 20s. I had a budget (boo), but was pretty specific about what I was lookign for -- yet vague enough to need to test nearly every product. You know, a typical idiotic consumer.

With tons of efficiency, friendliness and patience, she took me through the range of products I was looking for, offered suggestions but didn't oversell, and left me ultimately with two modest purchases I didn't regret.

This Debenham's is quite large, and has a great selection of women's clothing, particularly well stocked on swimsuits and summer clothing in spring (hurrah for ice cream lolly bikinis in style of Katy Perry!).

It has a cafe/restaurant on the top floor with decent coffees and cappucinos for the weary credit-card wielder.

you coukd find everything you need there,it is a big shop,prices are too high comparing to quality,it has a 2cafe and a restaurant inside.if you like shopping go for it it worth visiting.the interior of building is much better than exterior,I like the perfume section ,they offer a variety of high street perfumes.

Debenhams is located in the Old Market Square. Its a large department store thats a little higgeldy piggledy,to say the least. You will need to use the instore signs to help you get about. Unless you know exactly where you are going. Then you have to hope that you havent took a wrong turn on the way. I do try to not go into this store as i find that the staff members are not very helpful and are alittle opinionated for my liking. I would rather spend my money where i felt that my custom was valued.The cosmetics staff are rude and very unhelpful. The prices are very high to what you can find in like for like department stores. Its the last store that i will try if i am looking for something.

Debenhams is located right in the heart of Nottingham in the Market Square. It’s a large department store with many floors but a very strange layout which doesn’t make it easy for the interested shopper to want to browse. The décor is a bit tired looking and it could do with a really good revamp and layout restyle. The only thing that makes this store worth a look in are the sales, the Blue Cross ones especially. You can pick up a designer label at a fraction of the original price then. It’s also good for wedding or evening outfits as it stocks these all year round.

The Debenhams shop in Nottingham is very ‘traditional’ and it may be quite surprising for people visiting the city. It is located right in the centre of Nottingham on the Market Square opposite the fountain. I personally believe the shop could do with a major re-vamp as it has started to look very tired in recent years. I do not agree with other reviewers comments that it’s like a little Harrods, it’s no where near as good. They do offer a wide range of products and very often have attractive sales on that can save you quite a bit of cash.

I recommend the homeware department and have picked up a fair few bargains in there over the years.

there is something for everyone all under one roof, reasonalbly priced if its a wedding or an evening dress or even something casual you will find it here, along with things for your home. then if all thats tyring then relax at the cafe with a cup of tea.

I like the choice of a lot of different outlets under one roof, great if it’s raining! I especially love red herring and wish they had a larger store in nottingham. Debenhams can get a bit confusing as it has lots of twist and turns and if you don’t know where you’re going it is very confusing.

Debenhams goes through its ups and downs, but it does have a good selection of little 'boutiques’ within the store, including a very good Jane Norman. Check out the Blue Cross sale days and frequent 20% delas in conjunction with the Daily Mail.

I think Debenhams is a very good department store as they have a good selection of affordable designer clothes such as John Rocha and the like. This is the place to go in the Sales they have some brilliant sales items, and you can get a massive bargain. I get a bit excited in the perfume department and spray myself silly, then on to the jewels, then through to the bags and on upstairs to clothes, clothes and more clothes. Heaven.

Debenhams have good quality stuff, there cosmetic and perfume ranges and other shops inside such as la senza, dorothy perkins, jane norman, bay trading, kooki ect. You can spend a long time looking round here! Good for christmas presents for the family because they have something for everyone.
