Iceland Foods

First time I order for delivery, I waited for the delivery and never arrive!! once I called back (after wasting over 3 hours of my time). apparently my delivery wasn't book at all... so I have to rebooked for another day and waist again my time waiting for the delivery!! The second time (and last!) I been waiting for the delivery and when it's arrive, it is a completely different shopping!!! So I had to call back, and they said they have to wait for all the deliveries to come back and then they will see what they do!!! unbelievable!!! when I ask the manager, that I paid for the food, I waited for the food, so I wanted my food... He answered "sorry, I can not magically make it appear on your house, so you need to wait!!!" very good Iceland, keep loosing customers.

Iceland is very good for cheap items as most items are priced at around £1 - £2. Staff are always friendly and are happy to help. Everything is set out in a simple layout with sections for the different food types such as frozen food and alcohol etc. Suitable for everyone as there is disabled access and the isles are quite large for pushchairs etc.

Iceland is a great store with lots of items £1-£2. Handy if you are wanting to make a quick, cheap tea. If you shop in store and spend over £25 the store will deliver to you house, free of charge. Milk and bread are very cheap compared to other supermarkets. The store is always clean and tidy, and the staff friendly. You can always pick up good offers, but these change regularly.

We are very lucky in Sunderland as we have at least 2 Icelands that i can think of. This store especially is great as you can pick up some fab offers. You could stock your freezer up for a really good price. Also alot of items are priced between £2-£3. Milk and bread is especially cheap in this shop as well as cheese and special offers on crisps are really good. It is a well layed out store and if it is not packed with people you could get around really quick. There are usually a few tills on, which make the queues go down abit quicker, the staff are generally helpful and friendly.

Every Mams favorite shop i just love it here there is plenty of parking spaces and many other shores on the retal park.
They have a good range of £1 items and many other named brands like birdseye. They stock a good range of chilled items and fresh meat and the milk is cheaper here to then the supermarkets.
keep an eye out for the good deals they have on some items.
This store does get quite busy but all the tills are always on so you get served fast.
This store has always been clean and tidy when i have been in and the staff very friendly.
They also have a good range of christmas party food which can save you a fortune. You can also save for your christmas shopping buy saving on there christmas stamp scheme.

love shopping here cos of the £1 goodies they sell here, In the middle of a good size retail park so with that it has the added bonus of being able to park near by, cues are not too bad but on the run up to christmas expect longer cues
