Cannons Gym in Guiseley has recently been taken over by Nuffield Hospitals, and the quality of the instructors has seen a improvement, other than that things are just the same. It is a really good place to come and work out, even at peak times there is always treadmills or bikes available. Monday teatimes seem to be the busiest times of the week. There is also a swimming pool, steam room and sauna, and for the women a beauticians.
Just love this gym. Very friendly staff, good choice of equipment. Very clean and never too busy. Great coffee too.
