Good food , fixed price menu is good value. Don’t forget O2 priority moments voucher. Today’s offer: 2 for 1 on breakfast. Also free coffee with dessert.
Wonderful branch but out of place in a discount mall as the prices for goods are the same as in the Soho branch. I went here expecting to find some bargains but there were none.
The service is rushed here though and they try and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Carluccios always has good food and great coffee and this place is no exception. You can’t enjoy the great food though as you are rushed so quickly through the meal and this is after having waited.
This branch tends to be behind other branches as well, especially the Soho branch which I frequent. Still the new parking makes it easier to visit the village now and additional shops mean you need to break here for a welcome rest.
Carluccio’s is a lovely spot to sit and eat at Bicester. I have never found it overly busy, but even when it has been a bit lively, the service is just as good, the food is just as tasty and the atmosphere is just as inviting.
This is not something I would say of most other restaurants, as I normally hate busy places! But Carluccio’s is different thanks to good staff and great food. The prices are a little on the high side, but that’s what you expect in this postcode, and the quality is there to back up the menu. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the place apart from the parking at Bicester is a real pain in the rear! But I won’t mark them down for that.
Based at Bicester Shopping Village, this is perhaps the busiest link in the Carluccios chain!
They serve all the typical italian fare of the other branches, and the food is constantly good and nice and hot when it arrives at your table. However, due to the constant GIANT queue leading out of the door there does seem to be a bit of pressure to hurry up and gobble it down rather than just enjoy your lunch or dinner! and again, due to the sheer volume of people bundling in and out there is a tendancy to feel cluttered.
They did (Not sure if they still do) jazz evenings, which show off the better side of the place and have been a fun and much more relaxed way to spend the duration of a meal there!
A shame that it is so central, as could really be one of the Bicester highlights!
