Like most Asda’s.. feels grubby and cheap.. crowded and bustled.
sorry Asda but why do you always feel like you are shopping in poundland lately here?

good for shampoos etc. clothes/underwear always out of size 8’s.. don’t seem to re stock often.
the online service to collect in store is not the most efficient, i went to collect some jeans and they couldn’t find them.. took 35 mins to look.. I stood like a lemon waiting. In the end I left, they rang 2 hours later to say they found them on the very shelf they were meant to be on.. .. hmm errmmm..

Had to go back to get them.. thanks for wasting my diesel on the 2 trips Asda.

Good points, the car parking is free if you stay for under 2 hours. very handy if you need to run in to town and go to asda. But this is more a compliment to cockhedge centre carpark, not Asda ;-)

generally get pleasant talkative til staff.

Nice big Asda with the usual products, the childrens toy range is not as large as in other stores and I can agree with one of the other reviews that the Car Park layout is pants. HOwever the range of goods on offer is always good and the shelves are always fully stocked.

It’s an ASDA like any other. There’s always a good selection of products, including food, clothes and books etc.

Apart from that what can you say about it? Well firstly the car park (though free) is one of the worst designed car parks I’ve ever known and having had a friend work there, apparently there are countless crashes, so beware.

I do find the books and CD’s they have on offer always beat the high street (although maybe not always the internet!)

Apparently the staff all have special tickets they can give to customers that give you money off, so be nice, they may just be nice back!

I go to this asda twice a week and have never had any problems with it. The George section has loads of good offers and is very well stocked they have all the sizes you need and want. The supermarket section is huge they always have offers on and everything is in the right aisle so it’s easy to find things you are looking for. The staff are also very kind and will help you to your car with your shopping if help is needed. I have always found asda to be the best supermarket to shop at their prices are very low compared to other stores.
