Crowne Plaza Liverpool

All good hotels are organised and I can most certainly say this is in that bracket. I have stayed here a couple of times, most recently for the attending of a big wedding held there. It is a good litmus test to determine the quality of the hotel as I was sampling the three course meal at the party reception and when the fun and drinks ended I was to cosy in bed in one of their rooms. Well from my arrival to my departure from the hotel the mainly youthful staff offered excellent service in a organised and very friendly manner. Quality of the food seemed to be good and the impression I had was that the many guests attending seemed very satified with it. My hotel room was also fairly spacious, most importantly clean and comfortable.

I do like this hotel..It is on the Pier Head so we stay when we are on our way to the Isle of Man TT.

Sometimes I only pop in for a meal or just coffee before being called to go on board the ferry.

Last time I was there there were three weddings. It was hilarious because the people attending kept mixing up which receptions they were attending.. Even I got a piece of wedding cake !

Lovely Reception/Bar and good attention. I meet up with my pals who are also going to the TT. We have a meal and a couple of beers then its off on the TT Ferry.

This hotel was good i found, near to all the main attractions and the centre. I enjoyed my stay, i found the staff very nice and helpful. Should you encounter any problems, i dont think you’d have to go far to find someone who could help you out or at least know someone who could. The price is generally quite good from my experience. It can be a little noisy but i live on a main road so i am used to a bit of noise wherever i am really! All in all a good place to stay should you be in liverpool

I recently stayed here for a week for work. As I’d never been to Liverpool before it was a good place to stay as it was so close to everything such as the Prince Albert Docks.

The rooms are decent and what you’d expect from a chain hotel. The gym was excellent and I felt welcome when I used it. The beds were a bit hard though, I think more money needed to be spent on the mattresses.

The highlight for me was the wonderful buffet breakfast - there was so much to choose from and lots of healthy choices as well!

I would come here again if staying on business, I think I might find somewhere cosier if coming for a romantic getaway.

Not a pleasant stay,had to change rooms due to the noise fron the air con. Could not sleep,rooms we changed to were notmuch better and so we spent a sleepless night. To be fair, they did not charge us,but it ruined the end of a nicenight out.
