Next Retail

The store at Castlepoint is one of the bigger Next stores. Set on two floors it sells women’s, men’s and children’s clothing as well as boasting a Home ware section. I personally go through stages with next sometimes there can be plenty of items I want and then there is nothing. Although some items are higher priced than other shops like it, Next is known for its sales which happen at least twice a year and this one is no exception but if you are going especially to the Christmas/new year one be prepared to get there early and possibly be trampled in the hoards. I have never had any problems with staff and the shop is always tidy, with the use of castle points ample free parking.

Quite a large Next - with women’s clothes upstairs and children’s, men’s and home downstairs. A lift for wheelchairs/pushchairs etc. and escalator. Accessible from the ground floor car park and the top floor. Usual selection of next clothes & home - nice, good quality, fairly fashionable but also some classics. Slightly overpriced but better than average.

I believe this is approximately the 3rd largest Next in the UK. It’s huge and spacious. No matter what you’re looking for, you’re bound to find it here. The shop has plenty of its catalogues around so ever if you can’t find what you’re looking for, they’re able to order the items you need from their catalogue directly into the store. They have a great facility whereby if you find an item of clothing, but they don’t have your size, they’ll type in the garment id number and it’ll tell the staff if they have you size in the store. if they do, they’ll wizz up to the store room and get your size!!! If they don’t have you size instore, they can tell which Next’s in the local area do have your size. Because of these such services, i find the customer service excellent!!

This is the best Next in the area and is oer two floors. The ladies section os very good and has a good range of more formal work wear. The stock seems to change and be updated very regularly. Downstairs is the children section which can be quite expensive and also the mens and household goods. Some real bargains here in their sales.

This next store in castlepoint is excellent - I always come here for there 5am starting sales due to the huge choice and good size of store, the sales can be busy and thankfully you don’t get too crammed in.

On the first floor you have ample size sections of lingerie and nightwear, womens clothes, footwear and accessories. I went into the store last week and they have a new branded perfume section with perfumes such as gucci etc (i have also noticed they are bringing in other designer brands of clothes to on the website so im sure this will follow instore too)

on the ground floor you have homewares (including expensive gorgeous furniture), kids wear and menswear. I would hugely recommend visiting next for great suits for men or women - the quality in my opinion is as good as a designer suits

This store has recently undergone a huge refurbishment and now is a very trendy black, silver and white theme. It has a huge ladies section on the main level and a mens, homeware and childrens section on the lower level. You can access the store from both levels to the huge car park and there is an escalator inside the store. The changing rooms are clean, roomy with good all round mirrors and they are fitted with a help button should you wish an assistant to get you another size garment. This is a huge Next and you should be able to get anything you want from this store. Highly recommend.

I’m afraid I’m one of those guys who isn’t mad on clothes shopping and if there is one store where I can by most of my clothes then Next is it. Good range of formal or leisurewear, shoes and accessories all under one large roof. Castlepoint has free car parking so that’s a bonus and prices and quality are good.

this palce at castlepoint is vast! womens upstairs and blokes downstairs, whcih makes things a little easier when shopping, send the blokes downstairs thats what i say!

Nice collection in this store, they seem to have pretty much everything that is available in the catalogue.

Could do with a little more range in the home department, i was looking out for a couple of items, but they didn’t seem to be stocked!

Mind you, they were very helpful in offering to order it for me to be delivered and stuff, so that made up for it i guess.

Next at castle point is one of the biggest stores of Next in the area. They are placed on two floors with well laid out sections for ladies, mens, children and homewares. The staff are always poilte and well dressed. I find when I go into next it’s difficult not to find something I like, apart from the prices. I find the prices of some clothes quite expensive but the quality reflects in the price.
The changing rooms in store are spacious and well managed. I like the feature where you can call an assistant if you need something else brought to you.
There are four separate till areas so it’s easy to get served even in busy periods and there is a small lift for parents with pushchairs or wheelchairs etc.
