really good size store good range of all products staff are very friendly and helpful! good range of gifts at christmas and good opticians here.

A good size store and now it even has the optician’s in the same building and not stuck over in another part of the shopping centre. Remember to sign up for their advantage card and pop your card in the machine when you visit as there are often extra savings or points to be had. I especially like the sensible queing system for the tills which means you don’t find yourself in the queue that never seems to move whilst folk queing at other tills are served quickly. No, at Boots they have a snake system whereby you queue at a barrier and only move to a till as it becomes free. Remeber it has a Pharmacy too, handy for collecting prescriptions or popping in for a chat and some advice from the pharmacist for minor health issues.

Good size shop, good selection, as others have said it’s expensive but that’s Boots for you. Staff really helpful and friendly though and the sales after Christmas are brilliant!

Large Boots store which offers most items available in all Boots stores. Some good bargains with their 3 for 2 and make-up offers. Not restocked as often as they could be but still have a reasonable selection. On Saturdays especially it is hard to find a member of staff to answer queries without having to queue forever (sometimes I just give up and go elsewhere when I can’t find something). I prefer to shop online because makeup, etc isn’t sealed with sticky tape which leaves a residue or you can’t get off. Their points machines often don’t work and I hate the way that they are positioned so that everyone in the store can read your name and details as you use them.
