Service not great , food average and too expensive (12 skinny fries for £2.95). I don't usually give a poor review but on this occassion it's a must with so many other good restaurants in the area this one need to pull it's socks up. Better Italians in the area like; bella pasta and the family run Pano Vino

Got a table without booking, seated quickly and drinks order taken fast. Starter slow to arrive then nearly an hour before main arrived with no apology. If I wasn't using a 2 for 1 voucher I'd be anoyed. Food however very good.

Great pizza, great company :) nice chicken. Oh and voucher on vouchercodes for half price. Win win

Went with my mum after the cinema- it was a freezing night and we kept changing our minds about where to sit to stay warm, but the waitresses were lovely about it. Food was fresh and very plentiful- perhaps a little too much chilli on the pizza but the more we ate the tastier it got!
Had a 2 for 1 voucher so was even more of a bargain.

17/10/09 Having been to the Prezzo in Gloucester (my first ever date with my partner), I booked a table for 2 last Saturday at The Brewery for 9pm for a nice end-of-a-busy-week meal with my partner. We arrived at the restaurant to find no table was booked and told that we would have to wait. The waitress took our drinks order and by 9:30 we left as we still had no drinks or a table. Not a good experience.

Chain Italian restaurant in the Brewery complex. I always have high hopes for this place, the menu looks rather appetizing. Unfortunately, I always come away feeling a bit disappointed. The food is just a little below par; too much that seems to have been preprepared and then microwaved, not enough that actually tastes the way it should. The service is extremely hit and miss (and usually more miss than hit).

It’s not a bad restaurant - but I can’t remember going there and not thinking afterwards that we should have walked around the corner to Bar & Wok instead.

I wasn’t expecting too much from Prezzo as I assumed it was part of a national chain and therefore prone to the great national shoddiness we enjoy in this country. However, I was very impressed with scope of the menu, and all four of our party were delighted with the quality of the food. I would definiately use this place again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Prezzo is one of my favourite places to eat in Cheltenham. They have a great menu with Italian dishes to suit everyone. The service is fast and friendly. It’s lovely to sit out on the patio in the Summer and watch the world go by. The toilets are upstairs and they’re clean and well maintained. The children’s menu is a bit his and miss - they seem to have stopped offering one - but there is a choice of simple pasta and pizza dishes for little ones, or it’s possible to order a half sized portion from the adult menu.
