The Cross Hands branch of McDonalds is probably the worst I have come across in the whole country. I used to use it quite a lot because I would get lunch there for people at work and almost every single order I ever made was given to me incorrectly.
The food is soggy and cold, the staff are rude and can often be heard loudly swearing at each other as you wait in your car at the drive thru window.
Do not ever visit the toilets as you may not return.
