Monsoon

I can rarely afford to buy anything from monsoon but regularly go in to look around at the stunning clothes and shoes (especially the dresses). Everything is always laid out beautifully apart from the sale rails which can be rather daunting! There is a good range of sizes and the range of styles caters for several different age groups as well. There is easy access from Monsoon into Accessorise next door and to children’s Monsoon on the other side. Staff in general are cheerful and helpful although unfortunately I have occasionally encountered staff who clearly are not interested in their job or with being particularly helpful but this is rare.

The range of clothing is amazing, and the different styles, designs and colours never cease to amaze me. I have never been in here and struggled to find something beautiful. The assistants are always polite and helpful, and offer personal advice to the customers. This is something which is very beneficial when it comes to evening clothes, or fancy outfits. I also love the fact that, when you ask for suggestions, you are not instantly given the latest or most expensive outfit, the assistants show you pieces from a wide variety, and a range of prices. The location is great, and the whole atmosphere is fun and energetic.

Monsoon in Queensgate is one of my favourite shops. The clothes are stunning and the childrens section is to die for!
I would love to dress my daughter in Monsoon range more often but cannot justify spending £50 plus on a dress for a toddler. That said if you have a special occassion like a wedding coming up then its definately worth a visit both for mummy and your little princesses. They also stock a huge range of accessories. Im a frequent visitor to Monsoon during the SALES or if I need something just that bit extra special.

This is a great shop. It is quite small but sells unusual things. It is mainly an accessory shop. The items are quite expensive but very different. The staff are great and it is a great store for gifts. The staff are friendly. The shop is always very tidy and very nice to browse around.
