Subway

This particular subway store is absolutely appalling! The service is just outrageous. There are two men in particular that treat customers like dirt (for easier identification – one of them wears glasses, they work week days and I know that they work between 12-1pm). First of all they think that they are being clever by trying to speak in a foreign language to each other about the customer that they are serving – well it just so happens that I also speak the language and was disgusted at what they were saying about me and my friends. Next the communication between the server and the customer is minimum as the server will not generally ask what you want but instead just stare at the customer or just nod his head. During a recent visit to the store I was also harassed by both of the men who came over to me and were shouting at me, but I could not understand them as they were talking too fast – one of the men even had the nerve to pick up my phone off the table and attempt to play around on it until I had to forcefully take it back! (this is absolutely no way to treat any customer no matter what they have done and therefore they should be fired). Also when I was eating in the store once and had just finished the food, one of the men came over to me and kept asking if I had finished and was saying that I should leave the store. Next the food, the handling of the food and the way that they prepare the sandwiches is disgusting and I have seen multiple fly’s under the glass panel on the food but alas they did not care when I pointed this out and instead said that they can serve me extra fly’s! This store actually used to be very nice with polite employees who actually understood customer satisfaction but now it is ridiculous and has certainly lost my business until decent staff are actually employed!

typical Subway shop with great choice + friendly staff. only complaint is it’s too small for the crowd that always seems to be there.

visited this subway for a late night snack on way home and asked for salad, as can't eat bread for medical reasons. not only were they charging 30p extra for this (why more when you get less?!) but the guy swore at us as we left after politely declining to pay the extra. terrible service. poor example of a subway from a regular customer's point of view.

I’m not the biggest fan of subways, as id rather make my own sandwiches, but the other day on our way back with the kids from swimming we were all starving, so in there window they were advertising there new snack menu.

We all had one of there breakfast wraps, and i must say not only were they freshly prepared, hot and yummy but the staff were really nice, and even gave my children a free cookie.

They have great access, and this store is also very convienent as right outside all the bus stops going through rugby.

This subway stays open some nights until 3 am…... now god knows why you’d want a subway at that time, but i do think there new breakfast wraps would go down really well.

They had loads of special offers on in there also like sub of the day etc - all really good.

Nice freshly prepared food

I went here earlier in the year for lunch and the food was lovely but mainly the staff are helpful and friendly.
the deals are always good and the food is always fresh

I have visited many Subway restaurants, yet have chosen to review this purely for the friendliness of the staff there. A very chatty individual served me whilst still managing to pay due regards to hygiene and produce a good meal. Highly recommended
