It's quite simple - if you want a pair of running shoes or the like that actually fit you this is the shop to go to.

Their staff are very well trained, have amazing patience and they offer a very broad range to help you get to the right pair.

In most of the other sports related shops I have been too they would not have a clue about which shoe is right for which person and this is becomming increasingly important as the offering is becomming more and more technical.

It really is a 'no brainer'. This shop is out on it's own in it's market and is a great advert for speciality shops where they really do know their trade and products. Getting a pair of shoes that fit is clearly key and not least for those who like to run for fun !

A family run, independent business of long standing (over a decade). Run and Become is THE PLACE to come and get your running shoes (and indeed everything else you need as a runner) where the service is attentive, complete and second to none.

Customers don't just try their shoes on - the experienced staff will get you to pop outside the shop to test run a short stretch of the pavement and watch your posture and give advice accordingly.

Extensive stocks.

Knowing nothing about running, and without any decent kit, I stupidly signed up for a sponsored run. After doing a bit of research on line I found out about this store near Victoria station in London.

There are so many types of running shoes in the store it would be really confusing but the staff are so so helpful. I was seen to straight away and by just looking at my feet and the way I walked the woman was able to reccommend different types of shoe that would be most suitable for me.

Not leaving it at that, I tried out a few by running up and down the street outside while I was watched… and then given advice on which ones to get.
