Had a terrible experience with Atkinsons. Spent almost £1500 on bedroom furniture and half of it was broken when it arrived. It's taken almost 6 months to finally have everything replaced after lots of miscommunication on their side about replacement parts. Customer service was awful and, after eventually writing a letter to the manager with my complaint, I received a response that basically called me a liar and that there were 'no records' of my previous complaints.
For such expensive furniture, you'd really expect the quality of the goods and service to match. This is most definitely not the case. Avoid at all costs.

Quite a large department store with loads of different departments to suit yourself and your home. The prices are quite high but the products are of good quality. There is a multi storey car park provided.
