excellent staff, decent selection, just a tad pricey on controllers etc.
This place is holding it’s own quite nicely at the moment, though I think it may be down to lack of serious competition in Llandudno. The shop is always busy, and not just window shoppers either, if you want to buy something, expect to be queuing a while.
Game offer a wide range of games, consoles, and peripherals. They still hold stock of older PS2 games, unlike most supermarkets. That’s as far as they go though, if you want older try Gamestation in Bangor, or even better, Summit Games who still have Master System games!
They often have good offers on in Game, though before buying a biggie like a brand new console, I suggest trying kelkoo or similar to make sure it’s the best price. The best value wii bundle this Christmas was being sold at Asda, don’t assume game will always offer best value.
Game is a popular national chain catering for computer and video gamers. The Llandudno branch is pretty much like any other branch I’ve visited although it’s perhaps a bit smaller than some others. They sell both new and used games for all platforms from Nintendo to Sony to Microsoft and also for PC’s. There always seem to be some decent offers and competitive prices. I’ve recently picked up some brand new PS2 games for less than £1 so it is worth spending a bit of time searching through the shelves.
