Took my daughters coat to cleaners,found it to be quite expensive for the item. When I picked up coat there was a black mark on pocket on further examination there were 6 black tar like marks.these could be scratched off the surface and left stains in fabric.the lining also had water marks and it looked like it had only been partly cleaned as patches were still marked and some clean.when I showed the manager the coat he advised' its a toddlers coat, it's stained we put it through 4 times but couldnt get the stains out'The coat was only 2 months old and there were no stains. He said he would steam again for me but I had to sign a waiver....I refused and will look elsewhere.the manager should have owned the mistake I would not recommend this cleaner

Took my husband's jeans to be repaired (small hole needed stitching) and was told it would take a week to do. Two weeks later, and 3 trips to the shop, kept getting told that they would be 'in later that afternoon'. Really shocking service. Turns out the idiot behind the counter had misplaced them on the hanging rail. Will never use them again.

Used to be cheap but now very, very expensive. Still handy next to Tesco’s but the quality of service is appalling.

A silk tie was not cleaned properly -despite paying £4.95 – stain still sticky when collected! Cleaned again at no charge but when handed back I noticed that the stain was still present. The manager offered to steam clean the tie but he warned me this might ruin the fabric and wanted me to sign a waiver to accept this possibility. I refused and left £5 down. Best of all the manager swore at me as I left the store.

I’ve seen the same person take a very aggressive and arrogant approach to any customer who expresses any level of disatisfaction.

Do not use this cleaners.

Wouldn’t touch this place again with a bargepole. It has taken then almost 6 weeks to clean a jacket of mine and the manager is not willing to give me a full refund. I have never experienced such a shoddy service and an uncooperative attitude to customer service and reaching an amicable agreement. Do not use Prim if you want a good, efficient service. If I could give no stars I would!

Prim dry cleaners are unreliable and unprofessional.
I went in to get my jumper dry cleaned on a 3day service, i went in twice for the garment and both times it wasnt ready (after the three day service), on the second occassion the manager told me he would contact me and send the jumper to my house. My partner then went in to collect the jumper as the manager hadnt called after 23DAYS!! And explained that he wasnt happy, the manager basically called me a liar about sending it to my house and refused to give a refund.
Prim dry cleaners at tesco bracknell is over priced, unprofessional and unreliable....
please go somewhere else!!!
There are other dry cleaning services in bracknell town and at other shopping parades around the bracknell area!!!
The manager there is a waste of space!
Do not give them your hard earned money, they do not deserve it!

good location, next to Tescos in Warfield so vey handy. They are cheap and reliable and have never had any problems. good staff and great parking.
