Friendly and helpful staff, always have what I need. I have never had a problem in this store. The store is clean and fresh and easy to navigate. Top marks for a top store!

A stunningly bad supermarket, but mainly because of the appalling staff, who seem to think that customers are there to be antagonised.

Frequently out of stock of large numbers of items, you'll be very lucky to find what you're looking for here.

And watch out for the staff with the internet shopping trolleys - they'll as soon barge you out of the way as look at you. Expect all of the staff to push in front of you whenever they can - they like to show you who's in charge.

The toilets are frequently filthy, and smell disgusting, but no matter how many times you report it they won't do anything about it. You'd never believe it was a food store.

Remember the motto - the customer is ALWAYS wrong.

Often lacking many items of stock, sometimes whole ranges such as fizzy drinks or crisps may be unavalibale.

When using the 24/7 shopping on a late night, the staff are unatentive and offer no assistance in navigating the store which is heavily laden with pallets of stock in the middle of an aisle.

During the day, staff are very friendly.

Typical supermarket, sells clothes, food, alcohol, has an instore pharmacy.

Dont like the frozen section as since they did a “refurb” there seems to be less frozen items, and less selection of other foods.

Some good value toys, clothing and occasionally food in there to be grabbed.
