The shop design is annoying as there are steps at the front but I don't see how that impacts on the service? Staff have always helped me up them.

Manager will always do a discount if you buy a few bits and will do anything to help you. 
My pram broke and they sent it away and lent me a chassis when I didn't even buy it there!

Highly recommended would always shop here over the chain stores ie mothercare any day!

I purchased the Silver Cross Surf Pram/Pushchair when i was having my son in Sept 2010. Since then the folding mechanism on the chasis has snapped evrytime i have tried to collapse it. I returned it to the store and it was taken away to be mended. I have not used this pushchair other than to keep in the house as i have found myself in car parks with a screaming child and a pushchair i cannot collapse!!!! frustrating to say the least. I had to buy a second pushchair as i could not rely on it but the shops attitude towards the product continuously breaking was that they don't advise you which pushchair to buy but if they had done at the time they would probably of not recommended the product. For me, this means only one thing....It is a common fault and they have had lots of returns!
I have come to put the pushchair away in the loft today as my son does not use it in the house and we have one we keep in the car. The pushchair has not been collapsed since its repair some time ago....and guess what???? it won't collapse. I now have a pushchair which quite frankly is only any good for the nearest landfill site.

I will not be purchasing any products from Kinder Garden again as i spent a ridiculous amount of money and have had nothing but problems with the products and the unhelpful staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(i also know of other people who have experienced very similar problems and are also left with a pushchair they can no longer use)

I can count on two hands the amount of times i have been able to collapse this pushchair with no problems and in less then 2 years i dont think this was value for money.

I cant understand how a shop for babies has such a huge amount of steps in that make it virtually impossible to view the first floor with your pram! It completely puts me off going in here on my own. The ranges they stock though is very good and they have loads of mamas and papas stuff. A good range of highchairs are on view too.
