La Senza

For a lingerie shop, they need to stock more larger cup sizes, I can never find any F's.

I used to enjoy going to La Senza, however the MK one just keeps going downhill. Firstly, you need to save up to even consider buying anything. M&S's underwear range is much more long lasting, and suitable for any ages. La Senza seems too young for me now with the ridiculous bright colours, and I'm only 20.

What really hit the nail in the coffin for me was a particularly unhelpful employee. My Fiancé ans I went to LS earlier in the year, and I went to the tills to check how much I had on my gift card. I handed t over like I have always done in any shop and asked "Could I check how much is on this please?" She looked at me as though I'd just spoken Mandarin. After a bit of staring, she finally spoke and said "We don't do these." Shocked at the attitude I looked at my partner, who had a mutually surprised expression. Unsure of what to say or do as The gift card read "La senza" And we were sure my Fiancé put £20 on the card for Christmas not a month before. I asked the obvious question "Why", and she responded by saying "We have a new boss and we don't do these any more". She just didn't have a clue. I was aware the company had gone bust and undertaken new owners, however I expected full details of how my partner could get his money back. I picked up a form to send off, and she said "You probably won't get it back". When a company takes on a new owner, the debts aren't supposed to simply disappear. My Fiancé bought his gift card mere weeks after the company had announced it's financial situation, and wasn't told of this at the point of purchase!

If you've got the money to shop in La Senza, go to Ann Summers instead. Better general vibe in store and attire for grown women.

I remember going here for my first bra shopping experience! It is very central in Milton Keynes shopping centre and also quite large so they have a good variety of all advertised styles.
They have around 6 changing rooms - so even when it’s busy you know you won’t be waiting too long before you can try something on.
When I visited for the first time the staff were excellent and really made me feel at ease - not much has changed since then and that’s great as they really were excellent.
They stock a wide range with things suitable for bigger sizes, all budgets and all tastes.

!La Senza offer a wide variety of underwear and sleepware, which ranges from the practical to the very sexy.

Their prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have excellent sales on after Christmas so keep a look out!

The only problem is that they don’t cater for small back sizes and large cup sizes and their bra sizes are very different to that of other shops. It is worth trying it on before buying and getting measured by one of the members of staff.

The store is very pretty and girly itself and is located near M&S.

Lovely store - really roomy and great service. The only trouble I’ve ever had is that their order process doesn’t work very well!

The sizes are a bit different - comes up very small. Nice experience all the same.

This is a lovely store with a very nice selection of underwear and pj’s. The store is lovely and bright and the staff very informative and helpfull.

They also package your items beautifully (depending on what you buy) with lovely paper, ribbon and boxes.

I usually get bought clothing from la senza online, everything that i get bought from there last for ages.

I especially like their night wear mainly the top and bottom sets as they are so comfortable.

In the store when you are trying on the underwear you are not allowed to try on the bottms without having your own underwear on so you cant get an exact feel of what it completely looks like but then i dont mind because id rather them be hygienic and me just guess if they look good or not.

The store is set out very nicely and usually in the middle of the shop they have round tables which usually have all their sale stuff in.

They do some good deals on underwear especially on their online website at the moment.
