This cafe is the soul of Hoole. Always busy, many regulars - fairly consistent menu with occassional new things popping up. The owners are always keen to get things right and aim to please.
I often visited this cafe after taking my little girl to playgroup.
It became a regular meeting place for lunch, where you can relax and don’t feel uncomfortable taking young children.
The atmosphere is friendly and the staff are polite. There is a comfy seating area with sofas where you can relax and enjoy catching up with friends whilst enjoying a drink and a chat.
There food is pretty reasonable and you can choose from a range of lunch options.
They have parking available at the back which is convenient as it can be a nightmare finding parking in Hoole.

But after my three days of going in there and finding two long black curly hairs in my food i probley wont buy food there again. I'm debating about even buying a drink there, after my excperience! The first time i came across a longish white/blonde hair in my nachos, the next deadly experience i came across was a long balck curly hair in my coleslaw. And that day when I seen the longish white/blonde hair i had a dirty knife! The members of staff are lovely and so is the food but the thing that wasnt lovely as all the hair! Please make it not happn again, from a very dissapointment costumer!P.S your food is very good but get the hair problem sorted out!

Cafe.com is a great little cafe/internet cafe located in Hoole - about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The cafe is right in the middle of Hoole’s shopping district and has free parking around the back.
The food is simple but well prepared and arrives nice and quick. The coffees always hit the spot and the atmosphere is always very friendly and welcoming. Service also tends to be of a good standard.
The only thing I would improve about this place is the outside seating - it’s great that it’s got some (only a couple of tables out the back) but they look directly on to the car park and do not make for a nice environment compared to the inside.
