If you haven't had Ben's Cookies then you are seriously missing out! This statement comes from no less than a cookie-eating fiend
Amazing amazing cookies. Such a range of flavours - coconut is by far my favourite. There is another small branch of this place in Kensington station and it is just as good as this one. Step aside millies cookies - this is by far much better!!

I stumbled upon Ben's on a recent trip back to London and the milkshake is divine. It was so good I had to sneak it into Christopher's, a martini bar down the road, for my friends to try. It could be the best I have ever tasted and that is saying a lot after living in New York for 2 years. Shake shack move over....

If ever you're feeling low and want something to pick you up, this outlet of ben's cookies is amazing! I usually pop in after a particularly nasty lecture. The smell of freshly baked cookies is fabulous and their white-choc cookie just puts a smile on my face!

Delicious!
A cookie on its own will be more than £1 (I still buy them) but to share with friends there are good deals on boxes of them. Also ice cream and milkshakes.
They're very fresh, soft and sweet. Great flavours, from oatmeal and raisin to triple chocolate. Good uses of fruits and white chocolate.

Usually I love Ben’s Coolies but when I was in here they had regrettably run out of milk chocolate cookies and while more wee finished, they would not put them out as they were “too hot” however this is still a wonderful, if small, shop with the best cookies if you’re in the mood for chewy cookies.
This shop has gooey cookies and they do seem to be fresh – given the freshness of the milk chocolate cookies. Sold by weight, don’t expect the cookies to be a standard cost.

I feel awful for posting this review as everyone I know seems to swear by Ben's Cookies! Am I the only one who thinks the cookies are closer to a cake than a cookie?
I prefer my cookies chewy, and Ben's are a bit too soft and cakey for me. Also, I could really taste the butter in it, which was a little too much for me. Don't get me wrong -- I love butter, but I would have preferred it had it been integrated better with the rest of the ingredients. One more thing, I had 1 cookie after lunch one day, and by early-afternoon, I was knocked out. Makes me wonder what was in that cookie.
I don't think I will be buying another Ben's cookie anytime soon, especially if I am looking for an actual "cookie." And by that, I mean something like Mrs. Fields in the U.S. The closest I've come to this would be M&S bakery cookies. Now those are delicious.

I’m so inclined to think of Ben’s Cookies as a tourist trap, stuck right in the middle of Covent Garden, but the fact is they are a treat regardless of where they’re located. Always nice and fresh, sometimes hot out of the oven, they are the perfect pick me up when you need a sugar fix or just a little something to hold you over until dinner. That they are sold by weight rather than individual cookie is a bit confusing, but I suppose you always get exactly your money’s worth. Personally, I could go for a peanut and a hot chocolate right now.

Ben’s Cookies is one of the best kept secrets in London and they’re the best cookies I’ve ever tasted.
It’s tucked away in a little corner of Covent Garden and I must have walked past it plenty of times without noticing it before my sister showed me the light. Since then I’ve passed on the favour to many others.
The cookies themselves are incredible. There are plenty to choose from but I recommend the chocolate flavours - milk chocolate, double chocolate and triple chocolate. They’re not cheap (around £1.20 for one, depending on weight) but they’re worth every penny. And if you buy a box of 7 you only pay for 5.
If you can try to get them fresh out of the oven. The chocolate is warm and gooey and no cookie has ever tasted so sumptuous. They’re still great even when they’re cold, but if you take them home don’t be afraid to put them in the microwave for a few seconds to try and replicate that just-baked taste.
These are the most amazing cookies you will ever taste and I can’t recommend Ben’s highly enough. I was thin before I found this place.

Ben’s cookies are to die for! Go for the chocolate ones, no make that double chocolate or white chocolate and cranberry…. It’s always so hard to choose. Mmm. The chocolate remains all gooey inside and if you happen to get them fresh out of the oven then all the better.

This place is fantastic! The cookies here are truly the best i’ve ever tasted - melt in the middle gooey, with a crisp outer edge and packed full of whatever bits and pieces you desire.
There are so many choices here that there will be something for everyone, my personal favourite is the triple chocolate, packed with hand cut chunks of chocolate. There are also speciality options on offer, as well as cookie boxes and desserts served with ice cream or hot chocolate.
Another part of this store’s appeal is it’s tiny size! To combine a kitchen and shop into a minute space is rather impressive, but this just adds to its charm.
Cookies are baked fresh throughout the day, so wait for a fresh batch of your favourite and settle on the chairs outside with a cold glass of milk and watch the crowds go by…
