Furzton Lake

The lake it self is great for walking around. But is better for crap fishing. The pub on the other hand is nice to have a drink but the food is hit and miss

Having stayed at the hotel, I would describe it as pleasant enough and clean.

The restaurant sells good food at a reasonable value. The steaks are good value for money.

The location is superb

This is a very nice and beautiful location of which is a very quiet and peaceful walk.

It has a restaurant which serves very tasty and very reasonably priced food.

It has a large car park and is a very safe and set in a very nice location.

Lovely lake to walk round! Haven’t stayed there but the food is very reasonable. Excellent pub food, with delicious vegetarian options. They do a meal deal in the week which means 2 of you can eat very cheaply! Nice outdoor seating for the summer but comfortable inside too.

Furzton lake is a beautiful lake to walk around, have a picnic at and feed the ducks.

It is always clean and tidy and there are lots of people enjoying the lake as well. It ha sa real friendly atmosphere about it.

If you fancy a spot of lunch, or a drink there is a restaurant on the lake, which is very good value for money and usually offers meals, two for the price of one. Very tasty and refreshing after a nice summers evening walk.

There are a lot of places where you can park and it is all very safe.

This is a wonderful lake to walk around. We used to live very near and loved walking around from the start to end of season and seeing all the baby birds develop.

Its a great place to take your kids and dog walking as there’s lots of wildlife to see and sniff at.

The path is well laid out and well lit.

This is a very nice pieceful lake to walk around, its nice and green with plenty of wild life with swans and ducks swimming in the lake.

This lake is probably half the size of willen lake.

You will find a lot of people camping out on furzton lake especially at night because they are fishing, i never knew so many people could be entertained by fishing locally.

Nearby you have the bowl just over the main road from furzton lake which is where the many of concerts are held and the local weekly carboot sales.

There is also a hotel situated next to furzton lake which has restaurants and a bar which you can use even if you are not staying at the hotel.
