Robert Dyas

A very useful place selling every conceivable kind of homeware, electricals and other miscellany. It's a bit cramped, and it is a little annoying that everyday things like lightbulbs are kept in the basement rather than nearer the entrance, but this is still an indispensible shop for nearly every household requirement.

Wonderfully comprehensive household goods store in the city centre - very handy and not too busy. It’s a cramped store, because of the sheer amount of stuff they fit in, but it’s not usually hard to find what you’re looking for. Staff are always willing to help out, particularly if you’re not quite sure what it is you need to solve your problem!

The Robert Dyas in Oxford is really good.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The shop has a huge range of household products, things that you wouldnt find anywhere else and wouldnt begin to know where to look for them if Robert Dyas didnt exist! A bit like an old-fashioned hardware store.

And their range of cupcake-themed products is brilliant, a wide selection and the most reasonably priced!
