Was and AMAZING Night on Saturday! and it was a change as NOBODY was Aggressive if you bumped in to eachother. Think we will be going back there soon with my Brother so he can see how GOOD it is there.
One word of Advice is that if one of the members of staff recomends you go and drink in the Pub "Great Expation's" be PREPARED To pay a FORTUNE as Drink's there cost &3.40 EACH! but drink's inside After Dark wwere VERY Cheep and Almost made up for it!

Cheap & cheerful, you can get through it if you’re drunk enough! Don’t expect to hear any new music as the last record they purchased was probably back in 1985… nice to go somewhere completely unpretentious for a change.

Very cheap and very cheerful. An absolute must if you like your indie, especially on a 'Fools Gold’ night where they play old school CLASSICS! It can get pretty rammed at the weekend but fortunately the type of people that go here are not the sort to kick off if u accidently bump into them. 10/10

this place is proud to call itself the longest running nightclub in Reading…. and it’s showing its age.
it’s not posh, it’s not swanky (be prepared to drink out of plastic cups)
good place to go for a cheap night out though.

Brilliant place.
Cheap to get in and the entrance fee includes a drink too. Not a 'classy’ joint though - the drinks come in plastic cups or beer in a can. Don’t wear your finest Gucci here ;)
