Pizza Hut

well ive been here a few times and loved and enjoyed it and will defo go again at some point

My husband I wanted to take our kids out for a family meal mid week. Having been to Pizza Hut in the past we assumed all branches were the same and thus went to the one Bradford. First of all it was dirty, the place had food all over the floor, dishes piled up on tables and people waiting in a long queue to be seated.It looked like a third world country, it was honestly terrible. The service was quite honestly shocking, first of all we had no cutlery than served the wrong drinks,and the kids were not given any crayons as they are normally give, though they got a small colouring paper. Next the main course ( mine was lasagne) was so horrific, it was swimming in water, I always like lasagne at Pizza Hut but this was something else. I just left it. Off I went to the sald bar, it was nauseating, cream dressing slopped everywhere, different saalds had mixed in with others, food was slopped around and it was just a mess. The service was horrendous we had to find someone to pay as we sat waiting for half an hour. Free refills are a joke because the waitreses never come near you againn after food is served and youre lucky if you can catch one for a refill.We left disgusted, I was so upset and will never set foot in that branch again. Shameful.

A generic pizza hut. Which means you can always get a good pizza from them. The hut will never let you down if you want pizza.

The pizza here was great. For a busy saturaday night. I didn't had to wait long to be seated. the staff was fantastic. Loved everything about it. Then again, Pizza hut is great in every cities we've been to

The pizza’s are lovely, as you’d expect from a Pizza Hut.
As you can see from previous reviews the service really lets the place down.
The waiting time is too long, and the starters aren’t up to the quality of the pizzas.
Parking is NCP and is not validated, so adds to the cost of the meal.
Would probaby choose somewhere else, another Pizza Hut.

Nice enough place. The food is always nice, although my order has been incorrect a couple of times, but the great thing is that if they do get it wrong, they make a fresh pizza but allow you to keep the wrong one, so you get a free pizza! The service is always good and as long as you go at the right time of day its not too busy and overcrowded.

not terriblaly healthy buh good food

Only awarding this place 2 stars as when I visited with my family last week, although we got a table straight away and ordered our food with little hassle we were waiting well over half an hour for any food or drinks to arrive. When the food did arrive they’d got the order wrong and although we therefore ended up with an extra pizza it was a little dis-appointing as when the replacement pizza came we were full. Staff alittle too helpful in a non helpful way.

The food is lovely as are most Pizza Huts, however the service is appalling, every time you go in it takes 45 minutes to get a table, they then take 45 minutes to take your order and bring your starter. There are never enough staff on and as most customers are going across to the cinema there is a general air of frustration from the customers.
