Cafe Thorntons

This is a nice shop for a gift if they have a sweet tooth, and they have good selection aswell. They do have a cafe where you cansit down and have a coffee or tea. They also do ice cream in summer. They do have good sales on and the selection of chocolates are normally reduced well. I would go here for when I now that it's my friends birthday, as they love thorton's chocolate.

The best part of this Thornton’s, other than the fact that it is a fairly big store, is that it also houses a café so after you have made all of your purchases why not relax with a hot chocolate or coffee and a chocolate covered treat.

Yes okay it’s bad for you but whilst you’re sitting there breathing in the aroma of coffee and cake I’m sure you can come up with a good argument for doing it!

Although I don’t tend to visit this cafe very often, when I have, the coffee has been great. They also serve it with a small complimentary chocolate. They only have a few tables and it can get very busy. the advantage of this place is that as well as having a drink you can browse their fantastic range of chocolates. The chocolates and gift boxes are all very reasonably priced bearing in mind the quality. they are also nicely packaged. I would probably have coffee here more often, but Hitchin has such a large selection of cafes that I tend to forget about Thorntons.

Chocoholics dream! Brilliant range of chocolate products, beautifully wrapped, personalised products and high quality ice cream. Good service in the cafe and the store.
