Salon 16

I rang and was told there the only appointment available was with the junior stylist.  I said to the receptionist, I'm not being funny is she alright?  I was told yes she would be fine, so booked a cut and blowdry.  I found  the stylist to be very slow at cutting and I didn't feel confident she knew exactly what I wanted but to be fair to her I thought it may have been because I hadn't described what I wanted properly, but on getting home I found that the hair was longer on one side than the other and was very dissatisfied with the overall style.  I found myself having to get out the scissors and ended up trimming my own hair in a 3 way mirror!  Not satisfactory. 

My wife has used this salon since the 1980’s & will always plan her 'hair-do’s’ around visits back home just to revisit.
Personal service, familiar surroundings, value for money.
Not just a hair salon, have recently introduced a nail bar & beautician on selected days
