Barnton Bar & Bistro

The Bistro has been around in Stirling for years, the staff here are young friendly and a good laugh, I recently went to the bistro for a halloween night out and had a great time. the atmosphere is always friendly and i have never seen any trouble here before, the food is cheap but very nice. There is a quiz hosted on wednesdays with a bar tab being the tab, also hosts a good disco on a friday night, best wee pub in stirling

The Bistro is a unique place in Stirling. It is located in the centre of the city(still getting used to that!) and offers food and drink. The food is traditional british and is served in huge portions, more quantity than quality, and is inexpensive. I would recommed the big breakfast which will see you through the day, and possibly the next too! And is priced at £5.95. The coffee is fresh and very good. There is a wide selection of draught beers and bottled lagers, although the bottles do run out on occasion. The early evening is the best time to visit, there is a juke box and a pool table. The juke box is rather loud later in the evenings.
