I have always been thrilled with every haircut I have had at this salon. Very good value for money and the staff are lovely. I’ve been going for haircuts for over a year and had streaks dyed in my hair once which looked fantastic. I feel like everyone I have seen understood what I wanted.
I have recommended it to friends and family who have all been as impressed as I am. Best hairdressers in Salisbury by a long shot!

I use TJKs on a regular basis and have to say that I have had nothing but the best service. The team are always really friendly, helpful and polite. They always offer recommendations and each time I have left the hairdresser feeling pleased with what has been done.
I have recommended this hairdressers to lots of my friends and they all agree with me that it is a fantastic place.

im not going to be negative the haircuts but due to the customer service myself, my mother and best freind have all gone elsewhere due to poor and rude customer service my mother went to the walk in and was asked to come back in half hour which she was quite happy to do came back and was told to sit nd wait another half hour went by so she approached the desk where 2 members of staff were painting their nails and asked how much longer as she had been waiting an hour already and the girl rather rudely told her its a walk in what do u expect no offer of an apology or even a cup of tea so she just left. my best freind went for a colour and cut girl was chatting away to person next to her and lets just say end result was appalling when she complained was told "ill fix it but in fuuture you can go elsewhere" so she did i used to have my hair cut but got fed up with listening to hairdressers talking to each other and now go elsewhere

My whole family use TJK after my Husband started going there a few years ago and said how good the haircuts were and and how reasonable the prices and friendly staff are. The staff are incredibly friendly, the prices are the best in town and my 15yr old daughter says they do 'the best haircuts', and for a teenager to rave about somewhere means they must be brilliant. I don't know where Evie1982 went but I cannot believe it is the same salon that my family frequent. I have never seen a stained or ripped towel, never had a bad haircut and never been kept waiting. Try it out for yourselves and I am sure that you won't be disappointed.

I've been using TJK for the last couple of years, usually for a wet cut. I like being able to just drop in for a cut, or sometimes book an appointment. The reception is friendly and I always get positive comments from friends about my hair. I am always very happy with the service and feel it's great value for money. My daughter goes here too and my son uses the barbers at the back of the salon. The salon is light, clean and welcoming.

I went here following a recommendation from a friend who had her hair cut here. I was shocked when inside at how run down the place was. The towels used to wrap my hair in were stained with dye, ripped and looked good to go to the dog home!
The cut was not great, the girl took about 10 minutes to do it, missed some bits and didn’t say a single word to me!
I wouldn’t return here sadly.
