This is a large but friendly pub in the Andel area of Prague, 5 minutes' walk from the Staropramen brewery, and opposite the main Andel metro exit and tram stop.

The beers are Pilsner Urquell (on tap) and the dark Velkopopovicky kozel in bottles, as well as alcohol-free Radegast Birell. There's an extensive traditional Czech menu, served until 21h. Prices are very reasonable.

As well as the spacious main beer hall, there are two levels below ground incorporating more bars (not always open) and a bowling alley. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the clientele predominantly Czech, with the odd tourist.
