RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE !
This is one of the best boutique I have ever visited in my life in London, it has something for everyone and knows how to keep it stylish and trendy.
The customer service is good and they have well experienced stuff working there , also if you require something by email the response is quick on facebook to. They all know how to run a fantastic business! Well Done !

Extremely appauling customer service. Staff can be extremely moody and unwelcoming, they really dont know how to smile!! However the clothes are nice - then again not sure you want to spend your money there if you are treated so poorly. If you have money to throw about - you may be treated differently, however I would not recommend this store to anyone.
As a bride-to-be I was extremely disappointed in the customer service - lots of horrible things were said in-store (quite a few to list out!) however after ignoring all these comments in-store and paying my deposit and placing my order, I left the shop feeling so upset and agitated, when I should have been feeling happy and excited about finally ordering my wedding dress!! I decided to call up the next day to let them know how I felt (mind you, my calls were not answered until I called from another number - a possible new client for them? which 'surprisingly' was answered!!) - I was told that I was the ONLY customer in her whole entire career that was disappointed and who felt this way - they put it down to ME being an extremely sensitive client!
A refund was organised - I am extremely happy that I did not give my business to Saiqa's as I was really made to feel like they were doing me a favour and that I was getting everything for free! (when I was ordering a dress worth £1300!!) - you do not treat customers in this way, especially when spending that kind of money, and especially when ordering an outfit for an extremely special day!! I did not feel like a valued customer in the slightest!
Where is the long-term relationship-building concept gone?!

superb!!!!my wife loves this store.These bad comments confuse me.Weve been shopping at saiqas for ten years,my wife and daughters love it...As a business man i can understand were these comments come from.... but readers dont go by them there NOT TRUE!!!!!!there service there designs are TRULY outstanding......

Saiqa a boutique where a women's dream comes true, Beautiful, Hard worked, Glamorous and well respected. The age of 11 i was when i started experiencing and buying clothes from Saiqa and i have never been let down, Now i am 20 years of age and still in love with the new latest designs and also aware of the fashion.
The clothes are very trendy and worth the price!
You won't be able to find these beautiful designs anywhere else in South London.
"LADIES" if you don't know or have no idea of what to wear on a special occasion or for your big day then Saiqa is the place to be 100% guarantee you wouldn't walk out without a smile.
SO LADIES DON'T MISS OUT ON SAIQA ITS A DREAM COME TRUE.

I would say yes.. a very nice store with nice designs,if your looking for a nice exclusive outfit visit them, the designs were truly outstanding.very different and nicely cut.i would recommend saiqa.

saiqa shop is fantastic beauty corner in tooting area. when i been there got good customer service.
even they got exellent stock varities. it is best place for small partly wears, summer wears and fantastics merrage varities for women, men and even children wears.

When visiting the boutique I found that the customer service was exceptional and there is also a large variety of designs available. I would highly recommend both the designs and service given as I have previously ordered many items for both wedding and casual wear.

BEST BOUTIQUE IN SOUTH LONDON!
I have been coming to this shop for years and the service is always wonderful. The clothes are very on trend and competetively priced when compared to other boutiques. Whats more is there is a bespoke service on hand for your special occassions which i have used many a time to have wonderfully unique outfits.

Customer service is very poor. You will not get what you ordered on time. I had to constantly chase up for the dresses i ordered, to find out when they would be here.
BTW - their telephone numbers are dead and do not work.
when you try to chat with them, it appears that you are chatting with someone who understands very little English. This is the first time I have ever written a review but felt so strongly that I should warn others. V disappointed with their customer service more than anything.

This is an expensive Indian wear shop, designer quality at designer prices. The clothes are very stylish, almost unwearably so. The prices reflect the impracticality of it all.
Sometimes you can find a nice piece or two for a good price, usually only in the sales. I bought my then 5 year old a cotton shalwar kameez with silver butterflies, massively reduced to £35!
The staff are generally ok but I have come across a snooty sales assistant on occasion.
Wouldn’t recommend it unless you have money to throw around.
