Boots The Chemists

Well what can I say that has not already been said, Boots the chemist is great, I spoke to the chemist myself about a problem I had with my daughter and he gave me the right cream and the problem has gone, I found all the staff to be friendly and very helpfull and the range of product available is 100%
I like the advantage card as the points soon mount up and you can get some good deals, check out the magazine for some brilliant offers.
The makeup counter is great with a wide range of testers available so you can try before you buy. the same with the perfume counters where the assistants are very helpful in deciding which perfume to buy.
They also have a lovely selection of christmas gifts and every year they have a 3 for 2 offer on saving you lots of money on your christmas gifts.

The Boots store in the Trafford Centre is a large shop that is spread over two floors. They stock a wide range of beauty items and toiletries as well as perfumes, cosmetics, gifts and plenty more. The store is quite spacious and well laid out and there are regular offers to help you save money. It’s often relatively quiet which makes it easy to browse and the staff are always polite and happy to help.

I love Boots and use this branch a lot. It very much depends on which staff are on duty as to which Boots you get! I am sure that applies to most businesses but in the Trafford Centre Boots this can have a huge impact on your visit.
The No7 counter is quite hit and miss hte vast majority of hte staff are very good and really know their stuff but last time I was in (and attempting to buy three products) the assistant couldn’t have been more disinterested if she tried. This really annoyed me as the counter was not busy in fact I was the only customer.
The store has a number of premium brand counters including Clinique, Lancome an dEstee Lauder. All regularly have “events” with various special offers to be had.
The Downstairs has the photo department, baby shop, optician, cards and gifts. At the moment it is hectic with the 3 for 2 Christmas offer running.
The ground floor can regularly be crowded and the till queues can be dire!
The Advantage points are a real bonus when shopping with Boots and the offers are always worthwhile.
