Excellent customer service. Purchased Siemens WM14P360GB washing machine over the phone on recommendation by Keymex as a good model to buy that satisfied my requirements. Trawled the internet to compare prices and they won hands down. Paid £449 with free 5 year guarentee and free next day delivery compared to £584 for same model at John Lewis. Was given a delivery slot of 1pm-4pm and the delivery men phoned 1hr prior to arrival as requested which meant I didn’t have to ‘stay in’ all afternoon. A £30 installation service was offerered but not required on this occasion. Would definately use Keymex again compared to large retailers.

Bought several appliances and always received Excellent advice and service. A few years ago I bought an absolute pig of a machine - a Miele freezer of all things. We lost four lots of food and it was replaced 3 times. Miele were the worst appliance manufacturer I've ever had the misfortune to come across for attitude. Keymex even offered to lend us a machine while the Miele was being repaired. We couldn't take it any more after having been without a freezer for several weeks during one of the breakdowns. Even the Miele engineer said don't buy the fridges or freezers.
Phil at Keymex offered us a good deal on a Bosch which hasn't put a foot, or circuit board, wrong.
Consequently I'm about to give them an order for a new dishwasher - can't bring myself to order a Miele so it will probably be a Bosch or AEG.

This shop is packed full of all the large household appliances. They have a variety of makes and price ranges. The staff are very helpful and they have a delivery and fitting service which was excellent.
I got a dishwasher from here recently and the assistant was brilliant, pointed out the special offers and showed me the differences in the models. Really seemed to be interested in helping not just trying to get my money like some places!
