Boston Aesthetics Clinic (UK) Ltd.

Hey guys, i had my first botox with this clinic today. I got there 20 mins early and the girls at the desk were amazing. They talked me through the procedure, made me some coffee and made me feel so much at ease.

The nurse called me at exactly 11am and we went into a lovely bright room within a peaceful environment. She explained to me the what she was about to do and re-assured me to relax. She was so so amazing. Just before the sting, she would ask me to relax and I just did not realise how calmly she performed my treatment.

She then explained to me about after care, gave me some literature to read and asked me to ring her at ANY time if I had any questions. She said that she'd personally attend to my call and help me.

I paid with my card and they gave me a little FREE gift which was totally unexpected ! I stepped out and rang my mum, sister, cousin, best friend and boyfriend as i was so so happy with my treatment. I am a very busy person, but I wanted to take time to write a review to demonstrate the professionalism of this clinic so that the public can recommend it to others ... just like i did...

I can't wait to come back to Bayswater in september for my next treatment.

Dissapointing. I was dissapointed with unprofessional staff and poor attitude.

I have visited Boston clinic on several occasions - mainly to have laser treatmens at the reasonable price (although, nowadays price is the same as everywhere else).
They are near Bayswater tube station and have 2 premises 20 meters walk from each other.

During my first few visits, I had dealt with nice, hardworking and friendly staff, most of them Eastern European and all treatments were satisfactory. Cleanlines of the place was good. Receptionist was always friendly. I always find lot of their staff in the waiting room and people coming in and out of the clinic.

However, on one occasion when I was waiting for my laser technician in the treatment room, I have overheard staff GOSSIPING about their patients (those same clients that are paying them for services) in the waiting room - I found this VERY unprofessional, amateurish and unethical and have decided never ever to return to this place again. I was so horrified to hear their unprofessional gossip, and I think that they have not realised that customers can hear everything whilst they are in the treatment rooms. The staff must have been so bored that day and forgotten that they are providing a service, and that clinics are not bars/caffes where gossips should be shared in such a way. Soooo unprofessional.

I have tried to contact them to speak to someone who is more senior, however I couldn't find the contact details of the owner or someone with the common sense on their website, just the clinic phone number and address. I came to realize that there would be no point of calling them up and speaking to the receptionist who is only taking bookings and greeting clients and is friends with other staff members.

I have decided to spend my hard earned money on treatments elswhere in a more professional clinic.

I have used Boston Aesthetics Clinic for many years and I have always been most satisfied with their service. I have been more than happy to recommend them to friends, and have even made new friends from the other clients I regularly meet in the waiting room. The fact that I regularly meet the same people tells you that the place is more than worthy of its excellent reputation. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else, and I have been more than happy to recommend them to my friends over the years, every one of whom has been just as satisfied as I am. Give them a try - you won't regret it!
