One of my favourite restarants ever. It is off the beaten track but that just adds to the excitement, don’t think you need a 4×4 because its not that bad!
They have their own fisheries, so you can order a trout from there to have in the restaurant, can’t get fresher.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming and it is very reasonable priced. Everything is homemade which will inevitably create a bit of a wait for food, especially at peaks times when it gets really busy. It is so worth it though!
They have a very large selection of Whisky, if that’s your thing, and they do taster evenings too.
Off the beaten track, but does an excellent Sunday roast. Big portions and a friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices and an excellent variety on the menu.
