Very friendy and committed staff who will always help you out and chat to you when you are working out-giving you extra motivation which is often needed!I started the year of well by going here when free membership was offered but afraid ive slipped away the one good thing that i did like was that you can come her without feeling embarrased, no one judges you, and you are able to do the workout within half hour, you go from one machine to the next.
